Masukan kentang, tekan2 dengan sutil, menggunakan api kecil masukan potongan butter masak hingga bagian bawah kecoklatan. Balik dengan bantuan piring datar, masukan potongan butter, masak lagi hingga kecoklatan di 2 sisi. Panggang di oven 180 derajat kalau mau benar2 kering dan crispy..
