  10. Sediakan 1 butir telor ayam, kocok lepas.
  11. Ambil biji wijen untuk taburan.
  12. Ambil 3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus.

  3. Goreng ayam dengan minyak yang banyak hingga matang kecoklatan. Pake api kecil saja agar matang dgn sempurna. Angkat, tiriskan..
  4. Tumis bawang yg sudah dicincang sampai harum. Masukkan ghocujang, saos sambal, dan saos tomat (dan bubuk cabai bila perlu). Aduk rata. Tambahkan madu, 200ml air, gula dan garam. Aduk terus hingga agak mengental..
  5. Jika sudah agak mengental, masukkan ayam yang sudah digoreng. Bolak balik hingga adonan saus menyelimuti semua bagian ayam..
  6. Sajikan diatas piring lalu taburi dengan bubuk wijen..
