Langkah Langkah Membuat Nugget Vegetarian

  1. Iris tempe lalu kukus selama 10 menit.

  6. Potong-potong adonan nugget sesuai selera. Buat bahan celup I, masukkan 1/2 bungkus tepung bumbu, 7 sdm tepung gluten free, dan beri air sedikit demi sedikit sampai adonannya tidak encer dan tidak terlalu kental.
  7. Ambil satu per satu potongan nugget, celupkan ke dalam bahan celup I kemudian pindahkan ke dalam bahan celup II. Lakukan sampai habis.
  8. Bisa simpan ke dalam plastik dan dimasukkan dahulu ke dalam freezer, setelah dirasa sudah agak beku nugget siap di goreng.
  9. Panaskan minyak secukupnya. Tidak perlu terlalu panas, goreng nugget sampai matang berwarna kuning kecoklatan. Tiriskan.
  10. Sajikan.
