  1. Perlu 100 gr spaghetti.
  2. Siapkan Bahan sayur dan bumbu :.

  1. Cara masak spaghetti : masukan 1sdm minyak pd air rebusan agar spaghetti tdk lengket lalu rebus spaghetti 10menit/hingga mencapai kelembekan sesuai selera.
  2. Tiriskan di wadah.
  3. Cara masak sayur dan bumbu : potong tomat dan blender hingga sprt jus.
  4. Panaskan teflon, kecilkan api lalu tumis bawang bombay dgn olive oil sampai harum, masukan bawang putih tumis sebentar, masukan wortel, tomat hingga matang, boleh ditambah air sedikit agar tdk gosong.
  5. Masukan jus tomat, saus tomat, oregano, parsley flakes.
  6. Masak dengan api kecil dan masukan saus tomat delmonte, aduk hingga mengental dan berwarna merah tua.
  7. Masukan garam, lada secukupnya.
  8. Sajikan spaghetti, tuang daging, gunakan keju parut jika mau, tambahkan parsley flakes sedikit.
  9. Sajikan.
